Do you have a desire to make an impact in your local community and inspire others to lead change? Don’t miss this opportunity to participate in a unique learning, networking and dinner series for women leaders starting this fall in the Northeast Kingdom.

Women Lead is a networking group for mission-driven women in the Northeast Kingdom. It is a unique learning experience intentionally designed to support and encourage participants to dig deep into the leadership conversation while helping each other stretch their leadership potential through shared learning and support.  The program brings current and aspiring female leaders in business and nonprofit organizations together to consider questions such as:

  • What are the innovative approaches have you taken to solve problems you care about?

  • Which skills, tools and resources have been critical to your success?

  • What keeps you going in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges?

  • How can we learn from each other’s successes and failures to inform our own journeys?

Informal in structure, the learning circle creates a space for rich honest dialogue between a group of women leaders that want to see each other thrive and drive change. Empowerment, authenticity, vulnerability, and transformative Leadership are an intentional and important component of the learning environment. A cohort of twenty-five women ages 18 & older in the business and nonprofit sectors will be recruited to participate in quarterly dinners and conversations beginning in October 2019. Dinners will be held at various interesting and unique locations around the Northeast Kingdom. Participation in the program is free.
