At the Northeast Kingdom Collaborative, we’ve been reflecting on how to strengthen leaders and leadership development in our region. The discussions were deep and wide-ranging. More than 150 people weighed in on the topic either in person or through our online survey. Now we’re excited to share our report from those meetings, and to invite you to help us bring your favorite ideas to life.
